10 minutes ramen soup, 2 ingredient recipe
This soup
the easiest and quickest one you would ever find! Just 2 ingredients, no
preparation and in 10-15 minutes this will be on the table!!! The best thing
is, the kids love it. You can vary this in many ways. I always add frozen vegetables-
mixed vegetables, corn, peas all work well. You can enrich this by adding cream
or grated cheese.
Take the
vegetables and water in a soup pot. Bring to boil. Meanwhile, crush the noodles
keeping it inside the packets. Once the water comes to a rolling boil, add the
noodles, cover the pot with a lid and take off the heat. Let the noodles cook
in the pot for 10 minutes or more. Add the contents of seasoning packets and serve.
