Banana Smoothie
This
is our quickest, easiest recipe so far. The time required is just the time you
will need to take out that blender!!!
Combine
banana, milk, sugar and vanilla in your blender. You can take more bananas or
decrease it. Add more milk to thin out the smoothie if it is too thick! Its
sooo….. simple! Blend to make a fine
puree and strain out the black seeds. No problem with keeping the seeds too if
you don’t mind. But we have at least one
‘picky’ eater here, who will literally pick out each of those!!!
That’s
it!!! Do not keep this much long because the colour and texture will start
changing, just like a peeled banana.
